Position: Remote Data Entry Assistant / Part-time

About the job Remote Data Entry Assistant / Part-time

If you are a fast learner, good with computer programs such as excel and want to work in an entrepreneurial, close-knit environment, this is the job for you!

Duties of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Assist specific, assigned Clients in all operational duties.
  • Compile and update necessary documents and contracts for clients.
  • Run internal, analytical reports to support operational needs.
  • Obtain and process all client information and transactions.
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
  • Process return mail and bankruptcies.
  • Document all processes and procedures and file efficiently.
  • Send weekly and monthly client remits on a timely basis.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly client performance calls.
  • Assist consumers and clients through the Client Services phone.
  • Assist Client Services Supervisor with tasks as they arise.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a Client Services or Customer Support position.
  • Microsoft Office experience, specifically excel.
  • High School Diploma, or equivalent.
