We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Remote Administrative Data Entry Coordinator Specialist to support data management, documentation processing, and administrative coordination across regional operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely processing of information, and supporting internal teams with reliable data. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, precision, and the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data within company databases, CRM systems, or ERP platforms.
- Review documents, applications, and records to verify completeness and accuracy before processing.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve data inconsistencies.
- Maintain structured digital filing systems and ensure proper document organization.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and summaries to support operational decision‑making.
- Monitor processing workflows and ensure deadlines and service level agreements are consistently met.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and regional data protection regulations.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Provide administrative coordination support to cross‑functional teams as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, information management, or a related field preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in data entry, administrative coordination, or processing roles.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, or Google Workspace tools.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or database management systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection and professional home workspace.
- Fluency in English;
Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience supporting business operations within the UAE, KSA, or broader MENA region.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and efficiency.
This is a fully remote position supporting operations across the UAE, KSA, and MENA region.
