Position Overview
The Remote Administrative Data Entry Coordinator is an entry-level role focused on maintaining accurate records, supporting internal operations, and ensuring efficient information flow across departments. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Data Entry and Record Maintenance: Accurately enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems; review information for completeness and accuracy prior to submission; maintain organized digital records and documentation; perform routine data checks to identify and correct errors; upload, label, and file electronic documents according to company standards.
- Administrative Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars as needed; support document preparation, formatting, and report generation; respond to internal data requests in a timely manner; track and update task progress using project management tools; provide general administrative assistance to supervisors and team members.

Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data discrepancies; participate in virtual meetings and training sessions; follow established workflows and company procedures; maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
