Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Support & Data Processing Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support while ensuring accurate data processing and record management. The ideal candidate is dependable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities Data Processing and Entry
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data within internal databases and systems
  • Review documents and records for accuracy and completeness prior to entry
  • Perform routine audits to identify and correct discrepancies
  • Maintain organized digital files and documentation
  • Generate reports and summaries as requested by management
Administrative Support
  • Prepare and format reports, spreadsheets, and internal communications
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate virtual appointments
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries
  • Assist with document preparation, distribution, and recordkeeping
  • Support cross‑functional teams with clerical and coordination tasks
Operational Coordination
  • Track assignments and ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Assist in monitoring workflow processes and operational metrics
  • Collaborate with departments to resolve data‑related or administrative issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency
Compliance and Confidentiality
  • Follow company policies and data security standards
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures and documentation practices
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of administrative, clerical, or data entry experience
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and cloud‑based systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
