Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Remote Records Management Associate to support the accurate maintenance, organization, and processing of company records across regional operations. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, maintaining structured digital filing systems, and supporting compliance with internal documentation standards. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain records within company databases and document management systems.
  • Review documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance before processing or filing.
  • Organize and maintain electronic filing systems to ensure efficient retrieval of records.
  • Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to verify and correct record inconsistencies.
  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to records management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regional data protection regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks related to records management as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in business administration, information management, or related field preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in data entry, records management, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, or Google Workspace tools.
  • Familiarity with document management systems or CRM platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home workspace.
  • Fluency in English;
    Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting organizations within the UAE, KSA, or broader MENA region.
  • Understanding of data privacy, records retention policies, and confidentiality standards.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
Work Environment

This is a fully remote position supporting operations across the UAE, KSA, and MENA region. The role requires strong self-discipline, accountability, and effective communication within a virtual team structure. Regular performance reviews and online collaboration sessions will be part of the work environment.
