We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Data Entry Coordinator – Processing to support daily operational and administrative functions in a fully remote environment. This role is responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining data while ensuring timely processing of documentation and transactions. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and capable of managing large volumes of information with precision and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Review documents and records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Process forms, applications, invoices, and other administrative documentation in a timely manner.
- Verify data by comparing source documents and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and records.
- Generate reports and summaries based on processed data.
- Coordinate with internal departments to clarify information and ensure accurate processing.
- Monitor processing queues and ensure deadlines and service level agreements are met.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Support additional administrative tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- One to two years of data entry, administrative, or processing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google Workspace tools.
- Familiarity with database systems or CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload in a remote setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home workspace.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience supporting operations within the UAE, KSA, or broader MENA region.
- Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
This is a fully remote position supporting teams and operations across the UAE, KSA, and MENA region. The role requires self-discipline, strong focus, and effective communication within a virtual team structure. Regular online meetings and performance reviews will be conducted.
