- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within company databases, CRM systems, and operational platforms.
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to processing.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve data issues.
- Maintain structured digital filing systems and organized electronic records.
- Prepare routine reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for management review.
- Provide general administrative support including document preparation, inbox management, scheduling assistance, and record tracking.
- Assist with coordinating workflows to ensure tasks are completed within established deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews by maintaining accurate documentation.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- One to three years of experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative support roles preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, or Google Workspace tools.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or document management systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home workspace.
- Fluency in English;
Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience supporting operations within the UAE, KSA, or broader MENA region.
- Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
This is a fully remote position supporting operations across the UAE, KSA, and MENA region. The role requires self-discipline, accountability, and effective collaboration within a virtual team structure. Regular online meetings and performance evaluations will be conducted.
