REMOTE DATA RESEARCH & ENTRY SPECIALIST (Contractor 1-Year, 20 to 30 hrs/week, Not an Internship)

What We NeedWe are looking for someone with an eye for detail, the ability to self-manage and a willingness to learn who is available to work 20-30 hours per week as a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist (1 Year Contract). This role will assist with a variety of tasks related to the collection and maintenance of new multi-family and rental housing data in ZU’s proprietary NHSLive data product.
- Monitor project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban for information releases.
- Make inquiries via phone to gain information not included in project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by Zonda Urban.
- Input sales data and relevant information received from multiple sources into ZU's proprietary NHSLive data product.
- Use multiple different tools to help verify information accuracy.
- Monitor all active development permits in relevant cities.
- Maintain an accurate representation of upcoming multi-family projects and monitor the scheduled launch dates and any changes in the development permit status.
- A candidate who is confident making phone calls and requests for information.
- Adept with technology, preferably with experience around website development.
- Organized and resourceful with strong research skills and the ability to work from home, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to self-manage your own workload and work effectively independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent computer skills, including the ability to learn new software quickly, navigate Excel, MS Word, Microsoft paint, Outlook, and other software packages.
- Flexible hours of approximately 20-30 hours per week at $20/hr.
- Please note:
This is not an internship. The position is a 1-year contract role, offering a minimum of 20 hours per week up to 30 hours per week, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and business needs.
