- Directly supervise and coordinate the work activities of cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed to specification and on schedule
- Oversee in-house services such as laundry, maintenance, dry cleaning, and valet support as needed
- Inspect work performed and facilities to guarantee adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols
- Select and recommend appropriate cleaning materials for various surfaces and textiles
- Advise managers and administrative staff regarding room readiness and occupancy status
- Provide ongoing training, guidance, and motivation to team members
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create schedules, track performance metrics, and deliver team briefings or reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting, tracking, and presentations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
- Experience supervising or coordinating work activities of janitorial or housekeeping staff
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to inspect, evaluate, and ensure the quality of cleaning services and facilities
- Knowledge of customer and personal service principles for high-standard service delivery
- High school diploma or equivalent with related work experience
- Experience in remote supervision or coordination of distributed teams
- Familiarity with facility management or cleaning industry best practices
- Background in onboarding, training, or process improvement for housekeeping operation
