YOUR IMPACT

You won’t be stuck in maintenance mode. At Ateko, you will play a key role in client experience and hospitality, ensuring you become an essential point of contact for your colleagues.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your day to day will look like this:

  • Executive Support
    :
    Manage calendars, organize meetings, and handle diverse requests.
  • Office Operations & Reception
    :
    Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and provide a warm welcome to visitors.
  • Internal Communication & Events
    :
    Manage internal communications and coordinate events (meetings, activities, team gatherings).
  • Travel & Vendor Management
    :
    Arrange travel, liaise with service providers, and support extended office access.
  • Administrative Support
    :
    Handle documents, expense reports, and provide ad hoc assistance to leadership.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    :
    Be welcoming, warm, take initiative, and go above and beyond to meet client needs.
  • Problem-Solving & Prioritization
    :
    Ability to handle diverse requests, provide innovative solutions, and prioritize based on urgency.
  • Organization & Administrative Expertise
    :
    Strong organizational skills and proficiency in administrative tasks (scheduling, correspondence).
  • Communication & Attention to Detail
    :
    Excellent communication skills and high accuracy in managing office operations and documentation.
  • Technical Skills & Experience
    :
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, bilingual (French/English), and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
