Administrator
£13.29 per hour, rising to £14.04 after 6 months

Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

Hybrid working available - Once fully trained, you can work from home 2 days per week.

What you'll be doing…

Ensuring data accuracy across internal systems and databases.
Preparing and sending professional email communications to internal and external stakeholders.
Obtaining and verifying key documentation to support operational processes.
Scheduling meetings, tasks, and activities to support smooth workflows.
Using office systems to process work, maintain records, and access information.
Recording, updating, and maintaining data to internal standards.
Logging, monitoring, and resolving discrepancies or data issues.
Supporting the documentation and tracking of projects and operational activities.
Creating and maintaining digital records for work orders and tasks.
Responding to enquiries with clear, confident written and verbal communication.
