An award-winning Design Engineering team is looking for a Team Administrator to support their teams in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
You will be able to be based out of either location, but will be expected to travel to the other office or work there one day a week.
The role offers a hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Working hours are typically 9-5, with some flexibility for the right candidate.
You should be an experienced Administrator with a keen eye for detail, enjoy working in a friendly team, and ideally have some experience in an engineering, construction, or building services company.
Responsibilities include- Document production and editing/formatting
- Preparation of presentations
- Producing invoices for clients
- Assisting with document production and bid processes
- Coordinating and organizing network events
- General admin tasks, organizing meetings, and taking informal minutes
- Creating social media and marketing content
