Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Data Entry Processing Coordinator to support data management and administrative processing functions in a fully remote environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate data entry, timely document processing, and effective coordination between internal teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates precision, strong time management skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, CRM systems, and internal platforms.
  • Review forms, applications, invoices, and related documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to processing.
  • Process transactions and administrative records in accordance with company policies and deadlines.
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems to ensure proper documentation and retrieval.
  • Generate regular reports and summaries to support operational and management needs.
  • Monitor processing workflows to ensure service level agreements and timelines are met.
  • Ensure compliance with company data protection standards and regional regulations.
  • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • One to three years of experience in data entry, administrative coordination, or processing roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, or Google Workspace tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or document management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload in a remote environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home workspace.
  • Fluency in English;
    Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting operations within the UAE, KSA, or broader MENA region.
  • Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify data inconsistencies and process improvements.
Work Environment

This is a fully remote role supporting operations across the UAE, KSA, and MENA region. The position requires self-motivation, accountability, and effective collaboration within a virtual team environment. Regular online meetings and performance reviews will support ongoing development.
