Role DescriptionThis is a part‑time remote position for the role of Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at STOMP Out Bullying. The Assistant to the CEO will manage and prioritize schedules, coordinate appointments and meetings, provide general administrative support, and assist with office administration tasks. The role also involves organizing and maintaining records, drafting correspondence, and handling day‑to‑day communications on behalf of the CEO while ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
Qualifications- Experience in Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Organization Skills
- Proficiency in Office Administration practices and processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities effectively, and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
- Prior experience working for a non‑profit organization is a plus
