Job Summary:

  • Assist with social media management and basic marketing tasks.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and invoicing tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage communication with team members.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in other administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with office management systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Linked In).
