Responsibilities
General knowledge of Consultant’s assigned clients’ programs
Respond to general inquiries from customers when Consultant is not available
Communicate consistently with Consultant on any activities with customers
Assists in ordering services and providing documents and information for assigned customer files
Timely and complete documentation of activity in Altair systems
Process customer requests for benefits including but not limited to disbursements, lodging and travel
Any additional tasks, activities, and/or projects as required
EducationHigh School diploma or the equivalent combination of experience, skills, training, and education required.
Training and Experience- Prior administrative experience and skills with exceptional follow-up skills
- Ability to deliver a great customer experience
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, high diligence
- Working knowledge of various software applications and tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office Products, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to confidently communicate at multiple levels across the Company and with others as required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Deadline and time sensitive
Office setting and/or home office work environment. Team members must be able to operate standard office equipment. Team members spend a substantial amount of time working on the computer, on the phone speaking with customers and working under deadlines.
