YOUR ROLE
As a Legal Assistant, you will provide support to the legal department. Your responsibilities will be varied and include:
Write, edit and format legal administrative letters and documents;
Coordination, preparation and correction of various documents (correspondence, service offers, presentations,
reports, etc.);
Produce and transmit various documents to the relevant authorities;
Coordination of meetings, conferences, etc.;
Take notes during various meetings.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
Legal background or other relevant education/experience combination;
Good level of bilingualism in French and English, written and spoken;
Mastery of the MS Office suite;
Good priority management and organization;
Rigor, attention to detail and proactivity;
Sense of discretion and autonomy.
