• Address simple requests and complaints received via telephone, email, or voicemail with guidance
• Employ problem-solving skills to seek information needed to resolve inquiries and issues
• Utilize call center software to handle incoming calls and manage workloads
• Identify discrepancies in information gathered and refer complex issues to management
• Utilize multiple computer systems for policy analysis, claim management, and data management

• High school diploma is required
• Related experience in billing claims assistance, claims processing, or claims operations support is required
• Workers  compensation claims experience is preferred
• Must be available to work from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required

• Previous experience in a work-from-home environment
• Familiarity with claims management software and systems
• Ability to work with accuracy and speed with various internal and external contacts
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Experience in a call center setting
