• Manage and organize company documents, including contracts, invoices, and reports
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Arrange travel and accommodations for team members
• Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Conduct research and gather information as needed
• Assist with creating and editing presentations and documents
• Coordinate and execute marketing and social media initiatives
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home and will be responsible for providing their own equipment and internet connection.
