Administrator (Hybrid) needed in Gloucester, £13.05ph PAYE - Reference: 5288994
Responsibilities- Our Team Administrators provide an efficient clerical and administration service for our Adult Social Care Team. They support in the delivery of a comprehensive admin service to our frontline social workers and social care practitioners.
- This includes:
- taking calls from internal colleagues as well as members of the public.
- inputting data into Liquid Logic (LAS system). Knowledge of this system would be helpful but full training will be given.
- scheduling meetings and booking rooms, as well as taking minutes of meetings.
- responding to, redirecting emails and managing a generic mailbox.
We offer flexible working with a mix of office and home working.
ContractThis is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
