We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant with 7+ years of experience to join our team and support our commitment to deliver, grow and thrive.
About the RoleAs an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting our Federal government client, you will support Senior Level Executive Service (SES) members responsible for managing the overall operations and execution of the office. This includes performing senior-level administrative duties such as meeting coordination, task tracking, travel preparation, meeting preparation, and calendar reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine executive-level tasks including scheduling, drafting internal memos, creating briefing materials, coordinating Front Office daily operations meetings, notes, and post-meeting activities
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Manage, maintain, and de-conflict Executive and Principal Director calendars
- Manage electronic action binders via MS Teams for Executives and Principal Directors
- Coordinate all meetings and conference calls, including attendee scheduling, conference room reservations, and external-facing meetings
- Coordinate All Hands and Leadership meetings, including agenda and follow-up actions
- Arrange travel for Executive and Principal Directors and other Front Office staff (local, domestic, international, and invitational travel)
- Ensure appropriate routing, review, signature, clearance, and submission of high-level documents for Executive Director and Principal Director signatures
- Maintain records (hardcopy and electronic) in accordance with Applicable Management Directives
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by federal staff

You will work as part of a hybrid team in the Washington, DC metro area. Remote work may be an option.
Required Experience / Skills- Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant professional experience (Master’s Degree and 5 years may be substituted in lieu of 7 years)
- Previous experience supporting federal Senior Executive Service Members
- Detail-oriented with experience in meeting coordination, task tracking, calendar reconciliation, and travel preparation
- Experience generating reports and developing briefs
- Ability to foster external relationships with key stakeholders for meeting coordination
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Active SECRET security clearance
- US Citizenship required
- Previous experience supporting the Department of Homeland Security

Salary:
Approximate Salary Estimate: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 annually. The estimate represents typical salary range; actual salary may vary based on skills and experience.
