Are you a highly organized administrative professional with a passion for helping children and families? As the Grants and Donations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support the Agency Advancement team by managing communications and grant proposal submissions in a portfolio of foundation-based funders and helping support our fundraising events! We are looking for someone that ideally has experience in Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems and event planning, but we will train the right person!

This is truly a unique position that is vital to our agency’s mission!

We are looking for talented people with the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative role.
• Associate’s degree in communications, marketing, business or related field.
• Grant writing experience is strongly preferred but not necessary.
• Experience with event planning is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs preferred.
• MS Office experience including Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4C for Children is a nonprofit agency that was created to help ensure that all children have quality early learning experiences. We are the largest local provider of training and technical assistance for childcare providers in the region. More than 100,000 children in our community are impacted every year through our delivery of support and resources to families and childcare providers.
