NYC company seeks Jr Project Manager/Assistant for their busy office.
Responsibilities include:
- Quantity take-offs (furniture & partitions)
- Quotations (simpler, standard product)
- Requesting pricing/samples/information from vendors (COM, locks, electrical…etc.)
- Order processing – to SpA and to local vendors
- Checking SpA confirmations
- Crating ship tracking documents using packing lists and SpA invoices
- Keeping and updating punch list documents – coordination with PM required
- Keep project budget documents up to date / updating forecasts
- Organize and maintain sample library
- Implementing organization of files / organizing project folders (from multiple locations).
THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSIITION. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE ABOUT 1 YEAR DEALER EXPERIENCE. Full benefits and some remote work is possible.
