Position OverviewThe Sales Assistant provides administrative, operational, and customer-facing support to the sales team. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting sales initiatives, building relationships, and contributing to a purpose-driven organization. The Sales Assistant plays a key role in ensuring sales processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with responding to inbound inquiries from partners, donors, and clients
- Prepare and organize sales materials, proposals, and presentations
- Maintain and update CRM systems, contact databases, and sales reports
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and follow-up communications
- Track sales activity, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Assist with outreach efforts, including email campaigns and partner communications
- Support sales-related events, meetings, and occasional offsite activities
- Collaborate with marketing, programs, and operations teams as needed
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment
