Position Overview

The Sales Assistant provides administrative, operational, and customer-facing support to the sales team. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting sales initiatives, building relationships, and contributing to a purpose-driven organization. The Sales Assistant plays a key role in ensuring sales processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Assist with responding to inbound inquiries from partners, donors, and clients
  • Prepare and organize sales materials, proposals, and presentations
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, contact databases, and sales reports
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and follow-up communications
  • Track sales activity, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
  • Assist with outreach efforts, including email campaigns and partner communications
  • Support sales-related events, meetings, and occasional offsite activities
  • Collaborate with marketing, programs, and operations teams as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment
  • Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
