Position: Administrative and Logistics Coordinator

Our team is seeking a dynamic Administrative and Logistics Coordinator. This remote role acts as the operational hub, delivering unparalleled service and seamless communication to our advisors, families, facilities, and senior communities we serve.

• Provide informative guidance to families regarding senior care options.
• Efficiently manage and delegate incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring priority issues are addressed promptly.
• Demonstrate superior typing and organizational capabilities.
• Exhibit proficiency in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep our CRM system updated with the latest information.
• Manage scheduling and calendar arrangements.
• Offer field support to Advisors.

Ideal candidates have acute attention to detail, is a team player, has exceptional organizational abilities and superior communication talents, both verbal and written. Background in senior living, home care or healthcare is required.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, plus bonuses, based on experience.
