THE ROLE
Administrator for Mammoet Italy
€ 1.800 - € 2.800 gross per month (depending on experience)
Location Milano, Italy
At Mammoet, a global leader in engineered heavy lifting and transport, we’re looking for an Administrator to support our business in Italy. In this role, you’ll support Management, Sales, Operation and Finance in their work with administrational tasks so that they can focus on their core business. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Supporting Sales with documentation, administration, arranging appointments and data management in our CRM-system.
Supporting Operations with documentation, administration, booking hotels & travel for field personnel, help with side documentation for projects.
Supporting Finance with administrational work.
Supporting the Director Operations with secretarial work such as managing calendars, postal work and e-mails.
Making sure information and documentation is available in a correct and timely manner.
Collecting, maintaining and processing data and documents.
Writing and compiling reports to aid in the strong communication of information.
Communication with both field and office colleagues and external parties.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
English, fluent proficiency verbal and written.
Experience in administrative systems and MS Office suite.
Relevant working experience in an administrative role, preferably in a dynamic, international and/or technical organization.
Strong communication skills, both virtually and personally.
Detail oriented and able to multi-task different types of work.
