Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with general office tasks including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain organization of office spaces, supply inventory, and shared resources;
Assist with scheduling, calendars, and posting departmental notices - Help distribute scripts, production materials, and departmental communications
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student workers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Represent the UND Theatre Arts Department in a professional and courteous manner
- Interest in theatre arts or the performing arts preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, word processing, scheduling tools)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- May require lifting of 20-30 lbs
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
