HR Specialist Balanced

Based in Fullerton, CA, our company is seeking a detail-oriented HR Virtual Assistant to join our growing team and ensure our people operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Recruitment Support:
  First-level screening of candidate resumes, taking detailed notes and updating Applicant Tracking Systems
• HR Administrative Support:
  Calendar management, Inbox management, Following SOPs to complete HR tasks accurately, Data entry, and general administrative support for HR processes.
• Other tasks as required

The phone time for this role is 25%-50%.

Software requirement:

– Licensed OS

Hardware requirements:

• 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
• Private and quiet dedicated home office area
• Modern computer and operating system
• Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
• Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
