Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting daily dispatch operations across the Northeast Markets.

Responsibilities
  • Provide coverage and support for dispatch operations across all assigned markets
  • Oversee and maintain customer portals to ensure accuracy and positive customer experience
  • Track Preventative Maintenance, Inspections, and Weights & Measures submissions
  • Become proficient in all dispatch systems and portals
  • Assist with market specific reporting and administrative tasks
  • Step in to dispatch during high call volume or as assigned
  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
  • Proven experience as a dispatching coordinator or similar role
  • Strong understanding of dispatch operations, route optimization, and logistics
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong decision making skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency with dispatching software and systems
  • Adaptability to business and operational changes
  • Must have flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
Physical Requirements
  • Primarily sedentary, office based work
  • Hybrid schedule (office and remote work)
  • Occasional travel to other Owl offices as needed
