Job Description We're Hiring :
Executive Personal Assistant (PA)
Location:
Remote (Johannesburg-based preferred, ideally near Sandton)
Job Type: Part-time (±27 hours / month), there might be additional house required during any given month
Work Arrangement:
Remote with ad-hoc in-person support
Our client is a respected entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse portfolio of ventures. With a home base in Johannesburg and an office in Pretoria, he is now seeking an exceptionally trustworthy, proactive, and experienced Executive PA to provide seamless support. The role is largely remote, but you’ll need to be on‑hand and responsive when things come up; this is not a passive virtual assistant role.
WhoYou Are
- 5+ years’ experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, ideally for C‑suite leaders
- Based in or near Sandton, with a valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle
- Self‑motivated, organized, and thrives working independently
- Extremely trustworthy — you’ll be managing confidential financial and business information
- Calm under pressure, resourceful, and responsive to shifting priorities
- Tech‑literate and confident with remote coordination tools
- Handle financial tasks, including payments, transfers, and tracking of balances across personal and business accounts
- Support with tax preparation – gathering documentation and liaising with accountants as needed
- Draft, edit, and manage contracts and documents – both online and printed
- Create templates and handle general admin and light reporting
- Be available to print, fetch, drop off, or deliver items in person around Johannesburg (typically once or twice a week)
- Provide proactive and responsive executive support – both structured tasks and ad‑hoc requests
- Manage all aspects of business and personal travel – research, bookings, and itineraries
- Proven PA / EA experience at an executive level
- Unshakable integrity and discretion
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must have your own transport and ideally based within close reach of Sandton
- Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, Dropbox, Whats App, Zoom
