Position: Classification and Compensation Assistant - LTE

Responsibilities
  • Assist and support the Bureau Director and Executive HR Specialists with various human resources activities
  • Provide technical assistance and coordination for occupational studies
  • Manage and provide administrative support for BCC's SharePoint site
  • Gather and update labor market information
  • Respond to inquiries from employees, supervisors, and other stakeholders regarding HR-related activities
Qualifications
  • Experience providing administrative support in an office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and One Note
  • Experience assisting customers/stakeholders by responding to inquiries and requests for information
  • Familiarity with working with electronic databases or tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
