Data Admin

Good Afternoon,

I am currently representing Wokingham Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience.

We are looking for a Data Admin this role will be: REMOTE WORKING

The right candidate will:

To provide temporary administrative and data-entry support to the Accountable Body for the Connect to Work programme, specifically to support PRaP-related processes during programme mobilisation and early delivery.

* PRaP data entry and administration

* Inputting participant information into PRaP based on information provided by the delivery provider.

* Submitting PRaP referrals to DWP in line with DWP guidance and timelines. Data checking and quality assurance

* Checking data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency prior to PRaP submission.

* Flagging missing or inconsistent information to the delivery provider. Record keeping and tracking

* Maintaining excel trackers/ spreadsheets to monitor and track PRaP submissions, outcomes, and statuses. Administrative support

* Supporting secure handling and storage of programme data in line with data protection requirements

We require the following:

* Experience of data entry, data administration ideally within a public sector or commissioned programme

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with personal data

* Confidence using Excel and administrative systems

* Ability to follow clear processes and guidance (Previous experience of PRaP or DWP systems desirable but not essential)
