Position: Personal Operations Manager (Founders Support)

About

the Role

We are looking for a highly trusted Personal Operations Manager to support our founders across both personal and professional priorities. This role is intentionally more personal assistant than traditional executive administrator, focused on reducing friction in day-to-day life so our founders can stay focused on building Good Game.

This is a dynamic, wide-ranging role for someone who enjoys variety, anticipates needs, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. While the role includes some light business and office support, the primary focus is personal logistics, coordination, and life administration. The role is based in Salt Lake City with a hybrid mix of in-office and work-from-home.

What You Will Do
  • Manage complex personal and professional calendars, scheduling, and coordination
  • Support founders with personal logistics, errands, appointments, travel
  • Handle personal correspondence, reminders, follow-ups, and task tracking
  • Assist with light business administration, email coordination, and document preparation
  • Help manage occasional office needs, vendors, and special projects
  • Act as a trusted right hand, proactively solving problems and anticipating needs
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or hybrid support role
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential personal information
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • Based in or near Salt Lake City

Compensation

Competitive and based on experience. This role may be structured as salaried or hourly depending on fit.
