- Assist the Division of Research & Economic Development
- Perform data entry tasks
- Serve as receptionist for front office and events
- Organize and participate in planning meetings
- Assist with planning and executing VPRED events and special projects
- Assist with managing online presence, including website and various social media
- Assist with office organization
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem‑solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must have accepted a Federal Work Study award for the applicable term
- Must be enrolled in at least six credits for the applicable term
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
