Overview
Sales & Customer Service Representative plays a critical execution and support role for our sales team, key accounts, and internal operations. This position ensures orders are entered accurately, follow-ups are completed, customers are supported, and systems reflect reality.
This is not a passive role. It requires initiative, attention to detail, and proactive follow-through.
This role is ideal for:
• An experienced sales or customer service administrator
• A retired executive/admin assistant seeking ~30 hours per week
• Or an early-career professional with 3+ years of sales admin or customer service coordination experience who wants stability and growth opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities- Enter customer orders accurately and timely in Sage 300 ERP
- Support five salespeople, a sales leader, and house key accounts as needed
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, follow-ups, and requests
- Execute value-add customer touches and proactive outreach as assigned
- Prepare quotes using templates and ERP tools
- Capture meeting notes and ensure action items are followed through
- Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars
- Close follow-up gaps and keep work moving forward
CRM & Administrative Execution
- Log activities and notes
- Keep contacts and accounts current
- Track follow-ups and tasks
- Admin functions including dashboards, reporting, and related
- Assist with sales reports and reconciliations (Excel data from Sage 300)
- Support internal documentation and coordination needs
- Work with Marketing Team as liaison with Sales Needs, assisting with campaign execution, basic tracking, surveys, and related as needed.
- Sales Team Responsiveness & Support
- 95%+ Scores on Customer Feedback and Internal / 360 Surveys.
- Proven successful track record in sales admin / customer service / executive assistant roles and experience.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proactive mindset — anticipates needs and takes ownership
- Comfortable communicating directly with customers and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Being familiar with EOS methodology is an advantage.

Pay: $18–$23 per hour
