Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinic Administrator to join our Emmeline Centre team. You will play a crucial role in managing the patients pathway booking. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all Clinics are fully utilised by collaborating closely with both Administrative and Clinical Teams.

Responsibilities
  • To deliver and maintain a professional administrative and reception service across all of Hearing Services to all its users, patients, relatives and colleagues.
  • Work closely with the clinicians, Clinic Coordinator and Directorate Support Manager, and to maximize capacity and reduce outpatient waiting lists.
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery for all users, including patients, relatives, and colleagues.
About You
  • Proactive and Resilient:
    Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Experience:

    Knowledgeable about the patient pathway and Outpatient Service, with relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Communication and Organisational

    Skills:

    Exhibits excellent communication skills and organisational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
