Executive Assistant job opening, to CEO Founder who has a proven COO on their team. Hybrid remote based, living in Fort Lauderdale Miami Area, close to the CEO's home office in FTL.

I'm leading a confidential executive search on behalf of a Founder / CEO of a $100MM+ high-growth D2C sports company.

The CEO is looking for an Executive Assistant who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels acting as a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and confidant. With a proven COO already in place, this role is focused on optimising the CEO's time, priorities, and confidential initiatives, not operations management.

• 712+ years' experience supporting CEOs / Founders in entrepreneurial, fast-scaling small and medium size, award winning companies
• Comfortable managing and facilitating executive director board-level meetings, notes, materials, investors, VVIPs, and confidential projects, while also handling calendar, travel, and PA oversight including some home related tasks either director via a housekeeper
• Deep business understanding of D2C / eCommerce / digital marketing / digital marketplace models
• Passionate about one or more sport, health, wellness, fitness at an advanced level like a biohacker
• Based in (or relocatable to) Fort Lauderdale, FL
