Overview
Undergraduate Education Initiatives (UEI) collaborates with faculty and departments across campus to develop innovative, interdisciplinary educational programs for UCLA's 30,000 undergraduates and is supported by general funds as well as extramural funding sources.
PositionAdministrative Assistant III – University of California Los Angeles
Responsibilities- Provide program coordination and administrative support for the UCLA Cluster Program and the General Education Governance Committee, and other programs and initiatives under UEI.
- Coordinate Cluster course scheduling and support the activities of the General Education Governance Committee.
- Assist with other special projects and operational tasks as needed.
- Support marketing and communications across UEI, including developing and implementing marketing strategies and content for all UEI programs.
- Manage complex program websites, and develop and design print collateral (flyers, brochures, programs, and other publication materials).
- Collaborate with the video production team on UEI projects; oversee all social media activity across platforms; and serve as UEI's communications liaison.
- Support hybrid work arrangements: participate in in-person and remote work as defined by the Director of Academic Initiatives, with at least two days in-person at the Murphy Hall office and three days remote, subject to change based on meetings and holiday schedules.
