Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$18.55 per hour

Fully remote but must reside in Rochester, NY Why you should apply to be an Administrative Assistant:

What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
  • Preparing and processing correspondence, including letters and memoranda, as per instructions from management.
  • Proofreading and editing legal, financial, and technical documents while handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for executives, ensuring efficient organization of business time.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Hold a High School diploma (required), with additional training in stenography and office procedures; an Associate's degree in secretarial science is preferred.
  • Have 2-5 years of administrative support experience, particularly with executives at the Vice President level. (required)
  • Possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
