$18.55 per hour
Fully remote but must reside in Rochester, NY Why you should apply to be an Administrative Assistant:- Enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote position while residing in Rochester, NY but required to report onsite 2-3 times a month.
- Work within a supportive and dynamic team environment, assisting high-level executives.

- Benefit from a structured work schedule, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Preparing and processing correspondence, including letters and memoranda, as per instructions from management.
- Proofreading and editing legal, financial, and technical documents while handling confidential information with discretion.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for executives, ensuring efficient organization of business time.
- Hold a High School diploma (required), with additional training in stenography and office procedures; an Associate's degree in secretarial science is preferred.
- Have 2-5 years of administrative support experience, particularly with executives at the Vice President level. (required)
- Possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain composure under pressure.
