Office Manager – San Francisco, CA
Our client is looking for an energetic, friendly and eager Office Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of their busy San Francisco, CA office.
Hours:
40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
Compensation: 90K - 110K
- Potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications
Applicants must be able to work hybrid-3 days in office, 2 days work from home, in San Francisco, CA to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities- Responsible for creating a welcoming environment for all employees and visitors. Collaborate with leadership to ensure a positive work environment.
- Lead, manage, coach and assist other administrative professionals and receptionist.
- Manage multiple meeting room calendars, executive calendar management, travel coordination, expense tracking & reporting, event coordination and being point person for all building matters/vendor relationships.
- Run office related programs/events and handle meeting logistics.
- Maintain updated and accurate information in electronic databases.
- Provide administrative support to various team leaders/departments and other personnel as needed.
- Manage overall office maintenance including upkeep of cleanliness, organization, and stock of supplies.
- 3-5 years of office management experience in a similar role.
- Must be motivated, professional, and have excellent communication skills.
- Friendly and personable with a “CAN DO” positive attitude.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and problem-solving skills.
- Tactful and adaptable, able to take direction and follow instructions.
- Keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
