Your Mission
As a Junior Generalist, you will support global operations, assist with administrative and financial tasks, and ensure consistent coordination across time zones. You will gain hands‑on experience in high‑level project support and develop your professional skills in an international, fast‑paced environment.
Tasks- Support data entry and updates across CRM and financial trackers.
- Manage and archive invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Assist in event preparation and sponsorship research.
- Coordinate calendar invitations and meeting summaries.
- Execute daily task handovers through Slack.
- Collaborate with senior generalists and specialists for ongoing projects.
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, coordination, or virtual assistance.
- Good written and spoken English (B2 minimum); C1 is a plus.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Slack.
- Reliable, proactive, and highly organized.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a global structure.
Competitive monthly package between $1,200 – $1,500 USD, depending on experience.
