Job: Executive Assistant to CEO
Type: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote)
Location: Central London
Start: ASAP
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 pa
Travel: This role will involve regular UK travel

Our client in the Private Equity space is looking for an EA to CEO. This role is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 remote. The environment is fast paced with a global stakeholder network. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting a CEO in a global company and ideally have worked in Private Equity or similar. We are looking for a Career EA and this role may not be your standard 9–5.
Where possible we are looking at an ASAP start. The successful candidate will also need to travel UK with overnight stays on a regular basis.

- Complex Diary Management
- Global Stakeholder relations
- Travel arrangements
- Business communications
- Email management
- Meeting coordination across time zones
- Document Management
- Expenses
- Project support & management
- Preparation & communications for Board meetings
