A private household is seeking a reliable and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide remote support to a busy couple. The role involves assisting with day-to-day organisation, coordinating appointments, managing communication, and handling a range of personal and administrative tasks. This position would suit someone mature, detail-oriented, and adaptable, who enjoys working independently and takes initiative to keep things running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is a mature, steady, and dependable individual who values long-term commitment and takes pride in being organised and supportive. Someone who is comfortable working independently, understands both modern digital tools and traditional approaches, and can seamlessly handle both personal and work-related tasks on behalf of the client.
This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Make bookings and reservations (restaurants, travel, personal appointments, etc.)
- Organise deliveries, purchases, and household orders
- Arrange travel plans and itineraries
- Track and record expenses
- Prepare agendas and summaries for meetings or requests
- Provide reminders and follow-ups for key dates or tasks
- Handle communication and coordination on behalf of the client
- Assist with client bookings and administrative tasks
- Summarise requested information in a clear, concise format
- Support the client in balancing personal and professional commitments
- Manage multiple priorities and requests efficiently
- Facilitate smooth day-to-day organisation and administration
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Experience working remotely and managing UK-based tasks
- Prior experience supporting private individuals or households is an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Advanced computer and online communication skills
- Discreet, professional, and trustworthy
- Confident using Whats App and email for coordination
- Flexible and proactive approach to changing needs
- Internet connection and smartphone (Whats App access required)
