Summary

Responsible for completing tasks across client and internal systems, processing email-based requests for multiple business processes, and performing accurate data entry. Ensured timely execution, data integrity, and compliance with established procedures while supporting day-to-day operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handled end-to-end task completion within both client-facing and internal systems.
  • Payoff request and processing.
  • Conducted accurate data entry, verified information, and updated records.
  • Email requests for various operational processes and performed high-volume.
  • May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals.
  • May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs.
Experience and Skills
  • Ensuring error-free data entry, order processing, and reviews.
  • Consistently completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Identifying discrepancies, resolving issues, and escalating when necessary.
  • Handling sensitive information responsibly and securely.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience using Excel for data entry, formatting, basic formulas, and data organization.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to accurately enter, update, and maintain data with high attention to detail.
Work Schedule

The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employees are required to be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and upon management approval.

Salary Range

The salary for this position typically ranges from $20.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate’s specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
