Location: New York
Our client, a Venture Capital firm, is seeking a high performer / self-starter type for a fully remote Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff role for their fast-growing firm. This role supports 2 founders (1 will be full support – EA and light PA and the 2nd will be very very minimal EA support) and be comfortable helping across the firm with various projects.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, highly efficient, tech savvy, detail-oriented, and be a strong communicator. Most of the firm is based in NY and there may be occasional meetings in person for the team.

In Office RequirementsThis role is FULLY REMOTE with the occasional in person meeting with the team (1-2x a month)
Compensation$100-150k base + bonus eligible + medical benefits and more

Responsibilities- Provide administrative (travel, calendar, meeting management etc) and organizational support to the firm Founders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondence for the founders
- Liaise with internal and external contacts on behalf of the founders
- Anticipate the needs of the founder(s) with minimal direction or oversight
- Prepare executives for meetings, events, and other obligations by compiling reports and notes/key information from previous meetings and other relevant sources; finalizing the meeting materials and communications for distribution to attendees; ensuring any advance materials are delivered successfully to attendees; and performing other related tasks as requested
- Coordination of other colleagues in to attend meetings and conferences as needed
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle all matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and confidential issues
- Handle ad hoc projects
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-10 years’ experience in a support role and or a Chief of Staff opportunity
- Experience working in startup environments and comfortable with all that goes into a FULL REMOTE position
- Experience with G-Suite, Carta, Juniper Square, Slack
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills, excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and attention to detail
- Collaborative in nature, smart and a “No task is too big or too small” mentality
- Ability to work independently with strong follow-through
- Flexibility to handle multiple and changing priorities, resourcefulness in executing projects
