Exciting opportunity to join a vibrant & growing financial services team comprised of both male & female advisors/ staff working together.
Responsibilities include answering office phones, client scheduling, client calls & service requests, management of advisor calendar, digital application building and tracking. Need familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Salesforce, Docu Sign.
The most desirable candidate will have extreme attention to detail, be a good multi-tasker, a quick learner, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and have a friendly & outgoing personality. Having excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on “white glove” client service is key.
Primarily this position will be working for one experienced, male, financial advisor, interacting daily with other executive assistants & advisors who are already on the team, the team size is currently 8 with plans to continue to grow.
Hours can be somewhat flexible, ideally 9am-5pm, M-Thursday with a half day on Friday, (flexibility on these start/end time hours, 32 hrs week minimum, up to 40 hours if desired). Evening & weekend work is NOT required. One day of remote work per week is encouraged, remaining days to be in-person from our downtown Colorado Springs office location in the 1
St Bank Tower.
Pay will range from $20/hr to $32/hr dependent on experience, with opportunities for raises, bonuses, additional personal time, and advancement. Pay scale can be adjusted for qualified applicants with relative experience.
PTO accrues at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.

We observe the following paid holidays:
New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
No health insurance benefits currently.
Eligible for 401k with match after 1-year of service.
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an office-type environment and provide two professional references for us to contact. College degree not required.
Additional bonuses/ pay will be considered for anyone who is already licensed with series 63, 65, 66, or 7 licenses.
Advancement opportunities include the ability to become securities licensed, and/or advance within the team to become Operations Manager overseeing other Executive Assistants.
