Remote Client Transition Coordinator TX

Remote Client Transition Coordinator required for a company based in TX!

Richardson, TX- based company is current in need of a remote Client Transition Coordinator! Tasks will include but not limited to:

• Effective communication with internal and external clients (emails, phone calls & meetings)
• Data Entry (reviewing documents and processing forms set-up clients in our systems)
• Handling escalations, monitoring and responding to emails timely
• Other tasks as required

The phone time for this role is 50- 75%

– Licensed OS

Hardware requirements:

• 5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI). If you don’t have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
• Private and quiet dedicated home office area
• Modern computer and operating system
• Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
• Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
