A Japanese company based in Warsaw, Poland is currently recruiting an Office Administrator to join their new office. As a member of the new office launch team, you will be responsible for general accounting and administrative functions in coordination with the head office in Japan. This role requires business-level fluency in both Polish and English.

Full-time, initially 1 year contract (there is potential for extension to be permanent)
WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00
SALARY:
Up to 150,000 PLN annually, depending on experience
START: ASAP
LOCATION:
Warsaw, Poland (office-based; remote work negotiable)
- Process expenses (invoices, bank payments)
- Manage bank accounts (balance check, deposits and withdrawals)
- Prepare accounting reports and handle bookkeeping
- Communicate and coordinate with external parties (tax authorities, banks, accounting firms, payroll providers)
- General administration, including office management and support for temporary staff
- Fluent in Polish (B1/B2) and English (business level), and Japanese (N3/conversational level) (required)
- Knowledge of Japanese culture or experience working in a Japanese company / with Japanese teams (advantageous)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and flexible attitude
- High teamwork orientation and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
