The RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our leadership team as we prepare for launch. You’ll work directly with the CEO, Marketing Lead, and Operations Lead to keep projects moving, manage key communications, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to grow with a mission-driven company.
WhatYou'll Own
- Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO and leadership team
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas or follow-ups
- Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across cross-functional projects
- Support internal operations, vendor coordination, and light HR or compliance tasks
- Assist with document preparation, slide decks, and internal reporting
- Help coordinate company events, team offsites, and external meetings
- Support communication with partners, investors, and key stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (Google Suite, Slack, Notion, etc.)
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset—anticipates needs before they arise
- Passion for our mission and excitement to grow with the company
- Work directly with a small, driven founding team
