Client Manager – US Property Preservation; Night Shift

• Manage relationships with US clients clearly and consistently
• Review & validate client and vendor data before submission
• Upload property‑related documents to client portals
• Follow up on pending tasks, rejections, or corrections
• Maintain turnaround time (TAT) and ensure task quality
• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements
• Prepare reports, trackers, and documentation
• Support business development and lead tracking
• Communicate effectively with vendors and clients

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required) – O/A Level preferred
• Excellent spoken & written English
• Typing speed: 30–32 WPM + proficiency in MS Office & Excel
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
• Sharp problem‑solving skills & a proactive mindset
• Prior experience in call centres, admin roles, or property preservation is a must

• Salary: BDT 45,000 – 70,000 (based on skill & experience)
• Bi‑Monthly Bonus:
  Earn from your team’s performance every 2 months
• Festival Bonuses: 2 per year + regular salary reviews (every 6–12 months)
